MAPLE SUGAR CANDY ~ Soft, sugary, pale maple ~brown coloring on this roving (left) inspired the name.  When I was a girl, we had a Sugar Bush in our woods on the farm and it is one of my best memories of childhood.  We gathered sap with a team of horses and all helped...my mom and my grandpa boiled the sap and my mom made amazing goodies, including sugar candy.  This roving reminds me of that and is a blend of rich moorit Shetland, soft lavender Jacob, mocha colored Corriedale and fawn alpaca.  Spins like butter!   Three pounds available  $25 per pound plus shipping

EVER-GREY ~  Pictured to the right, nestled in the evergreens outside my window.  Some of our Corriedale fleeces are long with more wave than crimp. The fiber is still soft and bouncy but just a bit easier to spin, I think.  The average staple length here was about 4.5 inches and it is reflected in the roving.  Elegantly simple as is or amazingly complex when overdyed and at a wonderful price.  Four pounds available - take all four pounds for $20 per pound or $22 per pound plus shipping
